Open Call
WE ARE LOOKING FOR ARTISTS!
This call for projects is open to painting and sculpture artists from all over the world who wish to create a work that is part of Mangroves project and will be exhibited within the didactic and artistic path of our art space based in Barcelona.
STEP 1: WHAT TO SUBMIT
The idea is to discover artists willing to use their artistic skills to talk about biodiversity and to find out new artistic universes. As we respect the time and effort it takes to create work, for the time being we will select artists on the basis of work they have already produced. Therefore to apply you can share your portfolio or a link to a past or current exhibition.
STEP 2: ARTISTS SELECTION
We will then study each application and select the artists whose work fits in with the Mangroves project. We’ll get back to them to discuss how they can contribute to the project in concrete terms, and what we can offer them in return: remuneration and exposure within a permanent exhibition.
STEP 3: JOIN MANGROVES
It’s with you that we’ll be able to develop this beyond art project which is Mangroves. We believe in the power of artistic expression and artists to raise awareness about the future of our planet and its biodiversity, and that’s why we look forward to collaborating with you.
