Founded in 2024, Mangroves Foundation explores the transformative power of contemporary art to raise awareness about biodiversity loss and environmental change.
Based in Barcelona, our art space hosts a permanent exhibition and fosters collaborations between artists and scientists, creating a platform for dialogue, learning, and collective awareness.
Mangroves Foundation is soon to open a 400 m2 exhibition space in the heart of Barcelona, at Carrer del Bruc, 18.
Alongside the physical gallery, the foundation also maintains a digital presence, sharing artworks, artist interviews and projects online, connecting artists and
audiences worldwide.
Mangroves Foundation collaborates with contemporary artists interested in exploring the relationship between art, nature, and the environmental challenges of our time.
Artists are invited to create new commissioned works that reflect on these themes while maintaining their own visual language, style, and perspective.
